Ref for Round 8 of

Pokemon: Chansey
Ability: Healer

Status: Due to the sudden change from kid to adult, Ridley has suffered physical defects and temporary mutations. While now physically bulky, his bones have become frail. Like the Pokemon he's merged with, he has a lot of stamina and can take special hits very well, a physical strike will do major damage to Ridley.

Moves:

Egg Bomb: Ridley pulls out eggs from his pouch (will try not to question it) and tosses exploding eggs at his target.

Heal Pulse: Ridley fires a ray of energy at a target. The target regains health and becomes revitalized and rejuvenated. 

Soft-Boiled: Ridley takes an egg an eats it. It restores his own health. Alternately, outside of battle he takes part of his own energy to generate a special egg that can restore an allies health.

Light Screen: Ridley summons a barrier around all allies and boosted their defence against special attacks.
